Crazy shipping fees and then it takes ages to get here.

This business is definitely a scam. I purchased several items at once. They charged my credit card but never delivered the goods. Plus, they refuse to refund my money. Just a heads up, they don’t pick up the phone either. Seriously, steer clear of them.

I got the wrong item sent to me, totally not what I had ordered. I reached out to both Sales and Customer Service via email to ask for a refund, but didn’t hear back from either. When I finally managed to get someone on the phone, he didn’t come off as very professional—just greeted me with a casual 'hello.' After I explained the problem with my order, he mentioned, 'oh yes, we upgraded your product.' I pointed out that the name and ingredients were completely different. He promised to send a shipping label but then just hung up on me. No follow-up email or call came my way.

This place doesn’t seem like a real business at all. It looks like a well-crafted scam. The site claims to have all sorts of products, all marked as 'in stock'. After I made a purchase, my credit card got charged, and I received an email saying my item had shipped. Fast forward two weeks, and still no product. When I checked the site again, my order was listed as 'awaiting fulfillment', but the item was still shown as 'in stock'.

I called up 'customer service', and it turned out to be just some guy with a cell phone who answered with a casual 'Hello?'. He promised me the item would go out tomorrow. I told him I wanted to cancel the order right then and there.

Tomorrow, I’m gonna hit up the credit card fraud department to dispute the charge because I really doubt that guy will keep his promise.

I never got my order, nor did I see a refund. Seriously, don’t waste your cash on these folks!

I reached out to them once with a question I had, but they ended the call after just 10 seconds. When I tried again, a guy answered, but he didn’t seem to give a hoot about my problem. His attitude was really rude and unprofessional. He hung up again without providing the customer service I should have received.

I was super excited to buy a product I was interested in and was ready to drop 7k with them, but it seems they didn’t want my business or my calls.

Their loss, I guess.

If you’re on the hunt for a professional supplier, this isn’t the right spot.

I truly enjoyed my time shopping on this site. It's super user-friendly, and the items arrive fast. I've shopped here about four or five times and plan to continue because the prices are quite reasonable.

I've shopped with them a couple of times. The first experience went smoothly. The second time, though, I only got half of what I ordered. I attempted to contact the company, but they just ignored me. I ended up filing a chargeback with my credit card provider. They allow you to place an order even if the item isn’t in stock, and they keep your cash. Just because you see it listed on their site doesn’t mean it’s actually available, especially for those hard-to-find items.

I placed my order 11 days back, but it still hasn't arrived. It was shipped through DHL, and they haven't provided any updates since then.

The staff member was really friendly and allowed me to check out the warehouse and all the items they had. We ended up buying a ton of stuff and would definitely shop here again.

This was my first go at shopping on myotcstore, and I gotta say, I enjoyed it. The site is super user-friendly, and I discovered all the items I usually grab at CVS for way less cash. You bet I'll be back for more. My package arrived yesterday, and it was in excellent condition.

For a number of years, I've been placing orders with myotcstore since they're nearby, and I've never run into any problems. They carry this shampoo that I adore, which is hard to find in regular shops. It always arrives fast and in great condition.

Big thanks for helping me track down Geritol! I was searching high and low for this stuff and stumbled upon it at the best price on your site. I’m puzzled as to why others didn’t enjoy their experience as much as I did.

No doubt about it, this is a scam. They refuse to give me my money back and hit me with a $12 shipping fee after I placed my order, when it was supposed to be free. I'm still fighting this out, and I wouldn't recommend them at all. Zero stars from me!

These folks are total scammers!! I ordered some items that never showed up. I shot them an email, and they claimed the stuff was on its way, but I can't track anything down. Man, I really wish I had checked the reviews before buying. Thankfully, PayPal's got my back with buyer protection, so I got my money back from them, not from the OTC store. Seriously, steer clear!! They just lie and don’t deliver the goods!!!
